Security
Dunwell Services is the outlet that we are using as our roving patrol.
They have been tasked with:
- Acting as a deterrent to individual seeking to do our community harm
- Keeping watch over the community
- Securing the common areas (Pool and Clubhouse) from unauthorized use and damage
- Issuing warnings (flyers) and then stickering vehicles as eligible to tow that are in violation of our parking policy
